This ceremony coordination add-on package is perfect for couples who want a beautifully organized ceremony without hiring a full coordination team. As your officiant and your behind-the-scenes ceremony boss, I handle everything needed to make your ceremony flow like a dream—without the chaos.
What's Included:
Pre-Ceremony Planning Support (Digital Format)
You’ll receive a personalized Ceremony Flow Outline, including:
- A fully mapped processional order and layout with stick-figure visuals (who walks when, from where, and where they stand)
- A clear timeline and cue sheet for music, entrances, and transitions
- Instructions for your wedding party so everyone knows what to do and when
- Optional script guidance for any readers, vow exchanges, or rituals
This document is shared well in advance so your wedding party can review and feel confident—no surprises, no stress.
🎶 Cueing & Flow Management (Live at the Ceremony): During the ceremony, I discreetly cue musicians or playlist operators for transitions like processional, vow exchange, and recessional. Even while officiating, I ensure the timing flows beautifully.
👰🏽 Wedding Party Direction (Self-Guided): Because I’ll be officiating and can’t physically line everyone up day-of, I’ll provide a clear, printable line-up guide you or a designated friend (or photographer/videographer) can use to help everyone get in place confidently.
🎉 Day-Of Arrival & Coordination (Condensed): I arrive early to:
- Greet and coordinate with your key vendors (musicians, DJ, photographer, etc.)
- Touch base with your wedding party and confirm everyone knows the plan
