An acknowledgment confirms that you signed a document willingly and understand what you're signing. You don’t need to sign in front of me, but you must appear in person with proper ID so I can verify your identity and your intent.

An oath or affirmation is a verbal pledge of honesty. I administer these when you're making a legal promise—whether swearing on your beliefs (oath) or simply affirming truthfulness (affirmation). No document needs to be signed, but it must be taken seriously.

A jurat is used when a signer must swear or affirm that the contents of a document are true. The signer must appear in person, present valid ID, and sign the document in front of the notary. This is often used for affidavits or sworn statements.

Need an official copy of a personal document? I can provide certified copies of non-recordable documents such as passports, diplomas, medical records, and more. I’ll make or supervise the copy, then notarize a statement certifying its accuracy. This service is perfect when you need to send a trusted copy—but want to keep the original safe.

These signings often require extra time and coordination. The fee accounts for:

• Access & Security: Sign-ins, escorts, or clearance delays.
• Staff Coordination: Working with nurses or officers to locate the signer.
• Health & Capacity: Ensuring the signer is alert and willing.
• Longer Wait Times: Medical care or scheduling can cause delays.
• Discretion: These are often emotional or urgent situations.

If your signing requires documents to be scanned and emailed back to a title company, lender, or attorney, this fee covers the extra equipment use and time to securely handle

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness for all clients and respect for our time, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full service fee.
